SNELLA is the nickname of The Southern New England Law Librarians’ Association. Founded in 1978, it is a chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries. We are a not-for-profit organization of over 125 law library personnel from Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Southern Massachusetts.
Our members work in law libraries serving law firms, corporate legal departments, not-for-profit organizations, academic institutions, and federal and state governments encompassing judicial, legislative, and administrative agencies. We also work for publishers and other information vendors, and as freelance consultants.
